Making an Order
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online shop, and add your selected products that you wish to buy into the shopping basket.
After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment.
If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to UK pounds or your own currency. You will receive an order confirmation after your transaction, and a further e-mail when your item has been dispatched. Occasionally these can be found in the spam or junk folder of your inbox.
We accept payment with MasterCard, MasterCard Debit, Visa, Visa Debit, Discover and American Express.
If your Product is not in stock, we will back order for you. Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. Should you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch you are asked to phone us on +44 (0) 1732 744000, stating your customer number and order details (including order number) in all communications.
